I will provide all equipment, all I need is the right amount of space for us to work in, eg; lounge, hallway, garden.

Before you begin training, I will ask you to complete a combination of fitness tests. The results will help to determine your current level of fitness. From these results I can plan the appropriate training program for you. Realistic goals can be set which will aid motivation towards your results.
