I know how awful it can feel after a hard day at work feeling stressed and demotivated. When we spend time in the gym, lifting weights, running or participating in a fitness class it makes you feel a great deal better after and i would love to pass that feeling onto you.
To keep you motivated and focussed, we will determine a training schedule that fits around your routine and at a location to suit. Each session is a minimum of 60 minutes and is designed to optimise results through an intense and challenging workout program.
Lack of time is one of the most common factors as to why people do not have a current fitness program. There are lots of people that hate gyms and find them too daunting to even think about just stepping past the reception desk.
This is where I come in, being a mobile personal trainer, I bring the training sessions to you in the convenience of your home, garden, green area, at your work or gym (subject to location terms & conditions).
Every client has different needs and ambitions. I will create bespoke programmes, tailored to your individual needs to help you to achieve your results… the right way.
